If you own a building which has the potential to renovate or needs to
be demolished and rebuilt, some land which has the potential to achieve
planning permission or land with planning permission, Ecohouse can offer
you a cost and risk free option for development.
Ecohouse will take care of and pay for
- Obtaining planning permission.
- Architectural design.
- All building works including purchase of all building materials
and payment for all labour.
- Dealing with building control authorities and government agencies.
- Research, selection and purchase of sustainable and environmentally
sound materials and products.
- Management of the construction of the house, including the selection
and management of staff and subcontractors and the detailed planning
and coordination of their work.
- Research into the most modern, efficient and cost effective
sustainable and environmentally friendly building and renewable
energy technologies.
- Detailed cost control.
- Laws and regulations.
- Insurances.
- 10 year house warranty, from NHBC or Zurich on all new or newly
converted Ecohouses.
- A one year defects guarantee whereby Ecohouse will come to your
home immediately to fix any outstanding problems.
In return, we would expect to realise a part of the profit achieved

Land Acquisition
We can purchase land and buildings outright. We can manage the planning
